Residence Pinkas offers : 4 newly completely refurbished Apartments.

2 x studio apartment (60 sq. meters)
(kitchen, batroom, toilet, bedroom and living room are conected on the upper floor)

2 x one-bedroom apartment (85 sq. meters) (kitchen, batroom, toilet, living room, bedrooms are conected on the upper floor)

All apartments have Two storey (floors) and all are set in attic layout in loft / mezzanine style.

All four apartments in Residence Pinkas Prague offers hight standard of accommodation.

The apartments are on the third floor - in the historical house is no lift.

Both types of the apartments have kitchen with living area downstairs along with bathroom and separate toilet - and the sleeping area upstairs (in two open connected bedroom).

The only difference is in size - "studio loft" is slightly smaller than "one bedroom loft"

The building origins from the 15th century it has been of course rebulit couple of times into the present setting - the original gothic stairway was however preserved.
